See enemy rank and mastery

Pretty sure they don't do this because they don't want people to change how they play based on the ranks of their opponents and tilt before the game even starts if they happen to be a higher rank.

i don't see why not.. its not like the enemy doesn't spam it the instant they get to lane anyways
