Getting honor Back after 15 games with chat Restriction

So i basicllly got punished for some toxic things i said ( i admit it ) its been 3 weeks since i finished those 10 games with chat restriction and i play every day at least 3 games per day but my honor still in lvl 1 anda says "You have 0/3 Checkpoints". When/How can i get my Honor lvl 2 at least?

Honor takes a stupid amount of time to get back. A friend had his honor reset after one time of being toxic because someone was flaming a friend in their game. He's only Honor 1 2/3 and it's been about 1 1/2 months now of 4 people honoring him every game.
