deathfire grasp must stay. I dont mind it having restrictions for level 10 and up cause the damage output in a solo lane is hard to play against, but i feel that deathfire grasp is apc's only hope against adcasters ie riven/talon/zed

Teleport needs to be changed where if you teleport on a minion or ward, the teleport cancels if they get distroyed similar to how it cancels when a turret gets destroyed. long version( i feel like teleport is too good to not have in top lane, cause you provide way too much map pressure with it. the whole stay top till you have teleport meta promotes un-fun gameplay. It also takes away the spirit of champs that are supposed to do that, like shen, reksai, sion. I also dont think its really nerfing it all that much, it just makes it where you need to skillfully use it, rather then making have value almost every time you use it. litterally all that needs to be done. is make it where you can kill the minion, if they are doing it on the ward, either grant vision of the ward, or allow someone to outplay by using a pink or using sweeping lens to disable the ward/destroy ward
