Help Climbing

I'm a hardstuck Silver 4 Jungle main and i was wondering if anyone had any tips for climbing other than "git gud".

I'm sick of people telling me that and then when I do good in lane/jungle, roam, and rotate my team still gets killed by a kassadin that you beat in lane and roamed to get 24 kills over the course of a 30 minute game.
