Firstly, that hitbox on his "skillshots" is WAY fucking off. The indicator is good 3 abilities off the actual projectile. Secondly, 0 armour pene Jhin 1 hit me (2K health 150 armor Yi with Ninja tabi's). That is certainly balanced. Thirdly, he almost one hit entire nexus tower with one auto attack and healed to almost full health after doing an auto on minion.

How did this even get out of PBE?

you realize adc items have been buffed since his release meaning that hes not good the build is just good on him
