No Mana/Energy vs Mana
I believe that currently energy/no mana champions are dominating the game and are to strong. I personally try to have Katarina banned every match and I think that champions that use mana are at a disadvantage. Discuss?

Mana is currently at a disadvantage because of the MP5 nerfs. However, the point of Mana was to have an early game disadvantage that goes away by the time the team phase picks up. Energy/Manaless champions have a stronger early-game, which can let them gain a lead that they can keep late-game if the player is good.
It's not completely true though as only a few of the resourceless champions seem op right now though. But banning kat is definitely a good idea even though she's not really op, she's just op against any team that doesn't know how to properly deal with her, which is like 99.99999999999999% of teams.
you can always apply the same reasoning to why an adc has mana, but a resource-less champion does not.
its not their cd's, or their bases and ratios, its the fact that they want these champions to be able to spam their abilities with little consequence.
it used to be the other way around before the mana regen nerf, mana based mid laners would build 1 mana item like grail, and suddenly they had infinite spam + 20% cdr.
but now champions without a real resource are dominating in the laning phase instead of breaking even like they used too. and we all know what happens when an assassin wins laning phase hard.
