Mordekaiser could use a few more changes.

The Mordekaiser changes were a good start, and they really did help him, and alter his early game. I loved the adjustments to the ult, especially, the bonus health has saved me on several occasions. However, I do believe that a few more changes could be healthy and possibly even bring him back into the meta. I'd like to see adjustments to his shield, and little more utility on his W.

There are a couple ways that the shield could be adjusted, but seeing as I can't actually make and test changes to the game, I couldn't tell you which would work best. For me, Morde often falls off some late game, when his shield isn't strong enough to protect during team fights in the late game, especially if he's a designated tank. I think that a good change would be to either have the shield scale higher (35-40 per level, instead of 30, or perhaps with some scaling based on HP) or have the damage-to-shield ratio scale up with level, possibly as high as 50% at level 18, and have the %-to-shield against minions stay the same (17.5%) throughout. It would increase his ability to survive in fights that aren't near minions and in team fights. I think that the 3% per second decay is healthy.

As for increased utility, I think he should be able to cast his W on more things, like towers, Rek'Sai's burrows, J4's standard, wards, really anything you can teleport to. It might be a good idea to remove the damage portion on things like the standard or the burrow where they can't be killed without going near them (or at all), or it could be left on, allowing him to zone a little more. The primary idea, of course, is to use the speed buff to these things.
