If you don't have smite monsters should do more damage to you.

Maybe if this were to happen this can prevent the bot lane and top laners from taking the camps at level 1 for a advantage and riot can make the monsters give more xp to junglers again? Not sure if good idea or not just wanted to see others opinions.

I actually wish jungle didnt give any gold/xp to those without smite. Time and again a lane is full of delicious farm but my team decided to take my raptors instead thus keeping me from 30 bonus gold and that precious buff.

Well, they've done the "leash" reset because of that. Fun fact: top laners are doing it too, since you can use tp and still get part of the wave.
