Honestly.. this season's mmr is just too fucked to actually care. Just play and hope next season dumbass riot doesn't ruin it again.

there are always 2 to 3 bad players that has been carried their entire life (literally) with bad mechanics and another thing to note is that there are smurfs and players with better mechanics, i don't think changing roles will help you. encouraging time to listen and coordinating with your team will increase your win rate, some players just don't listen and resort to ffing at 15 but that is why they stay irrelevant.

people seem to forget that this is a cs farming game and keep trying to kill a guy with 3/0/0 that obviously destroyed him with a 0/0/0 score and feed him further.

avoid picking kayle or kassadin (kayle obviously has the worst early game and your jungle should not be wasting time ganking top since she's so useless until lv.11 and chances are you can get counter ganked and you can't win a 2v2 unless your enemy team is stupid) this makes kassadin a far better option but i was told kass had a bad late game) you could probably practice vlad in norms and use him more since he's extremely powerful early/mid game if you're not in bot lane.

i don't understand how your team's top lane get first blooded by a kayle lol and let him farm cs im assuming nobody brought it up, did your jungler not gank kayle's lane? she's an easy prey early game.

consider mastering draven, he is strong against ezreal, vayne, jinx, lucian, tristana, miss fortune and ashe. all my friends one tricked draven to get out of plat, im still not lv.30 to try ranked but they always suggest me this champion since he snowballs hard.

make sure your support knows what to do and tell him when you want to go in, remind your team to keep vision up and group for team fights and focus the biggest threat, good luck in climbing.
