It ought to be, unless I'm quite mistaken.

You can. I do it all the time, so long as you can E>Q/Hydra properly. If you're having trouble, either your ping is too high or your Q'ing too late into the jump.

Also cough cough my match history is nothing but Kha'Zix. I just want Mastery 7... Ahah.
