Vayne needs a major nerf

Currently, Vayne is a very strong Marksman, both against tanks and more squishy members of the opposing teams. She dominates early lane and lategame fights, and I believe the a fairly big nerf or even a rework may be required. Some possible suggestions are to reduce the scaling or increase the cd on Q, reduce the damage on the third W proc, or to decrease the movement speed from her passive and ult. I hope you consider balancing Vayne a bit more. Thank you very much for your time.
