The new flex 3v3 System.

Dear Riot Games Staff, you guys have finally made improvements to the game that I personally love. It felt geared towards me almost. :D I have been sad since season 2 because of there not being a 3v3 ranked that I was able to q into solo. With flex 3v3 you have made my life much better, and I can finally play 3v3 ranked as much as I want. You don't know the pain I have gone through having team members flake on me over and over, never being able to play with my team in the ranked 3v3 team mode. I have a couple ideas to make it better still. I think you should make the picks 1,1,1,1,1,1, mirroring the ban system. There are 4 less people picking then in 5v5s -.- surely you could add a minute of possible q time. The problems with the 1,2,2,1 system are pretty bad. Try to think about the counter pick logic, first person takes a safe pick, then his enemies go and they could both go for a counter, but then they will both be countered by the enemies other 2. It leaves the final player in a ok spot but now he has to try to counter multiple people, even though both of his allies are countered. It should seriously be one at a time. I bring up in 3v3 ranked and most people agree, and I have not yet had someone disagree. I remember when I made a post about needing a flex 3v3 mode like 3 years ago, and you guys said that you couldn't divide up all the q's, in order to maintain q search time quality.
