LoLKiru2 votesI mean even now, Koggles has never really been a bad pick outside of the tank meta, given that he's still one of, if not the strongest ADC in the game once he hits lategame; provided he's got the right teamcomp, he's an unstoppable god.

ofart1 votesHe was already overnerfed for both AP & AD so I HIGHLY doubt you'll see any more nerfs this year. If the meta does indeed have a lot of tanks, he will be a better pick but that in no way makes him OP. It just makes him a good situational choice.

Rito hates tanks. They knock them out of power anytime they rise to the point you can have more than one on a team and always make it more viable to just build bruisers.
