Blind Pick Normal - Problem

I normaly play ranked and never played normals after i was lvl 30, but when im playing normal to test a new champion. Then i get in a lobby where i call jungle but not everyone is loaded in the chat jet. So someone after me calls jungle and says that he was first. After a whole Ctrl + C war he just locks and i dont want to play with him and only did a normal for Olaf jungle. Why dont they make it that you get in chat if everyone is ready for it?

I know this doest do much and nobody can help me but if someone reads this that can do this it would be awesome

i'm not always the last to load into chat, but i'm never the first

having everyone load into chat at exactly the right time would be nice, but it's not practical for Riot to spend resources on i would think

however, that still leaves the problem at hand

i think it would be feasible to make sure those that do load in a bit slower can see any chat that was entered before they loaded in

this slow load problem also causes a bug for champion trade in ARAM

if anybody tries to trade with me before i load into champ select then i simply cannot see a trade box

i can't cancel or trade with anybody until whoever is trying to trade cancels the trade

after they cancel the trade i can only trade with people if i initiate the trade or else the bug persists
