Is it possible for one to get to high elo (D3 or above) with 110 ping?

Im asking this because my ping used to be around 70 and it has recently spiked up to a steady 110-112, never going higher or lower. Would this hinder my ability to climb the ranked ladder? Im concerned mainly because it might be a lot harder to last hit with this kind of ping. (I havent played ranked since my ping went up solely because of the fear that I have of not being able to preform as well with a lower ping.)

Yea just play mord and walk straight towards their nexus, pressing buttons. You may not be able to tell what's happening, but trust me, you're winning.

No it is not possible. 110 ping vs 6 ping is a HUGE difference.

Check out some ping comparisons on YouTube.

Quas used to do it a bunch, dudes pretty nuts. Your champ pool is gonna be limited and you're going to have to be playing well above standard skill. Best advice I can give is to really really learn macro. Rotations, timings, objective worths and game sense are going to have to be the core of your climb.
