Does Riot not understand how important a Jungler's first clear is?

This time both Rek'sai and Kindred came out of their reworks with some issues; Rek's Ult is perhaps the biggest joke ever: A targeted conditional ability with a channel time / delay That can actually be slowly walked away from (Heck you can walk toward Rek'sai's point of origin and it'll miss AND she'll overshoot you so far even a tunnel wont get her in range to fight)

But most of all I was struck by and frustrated that despite Tinkering with soon™ to be outdated runes and Mastery pages Both Rek and Kindred came out of this patch with WORSE first clears than their previous iterations. In a world where Lee and Elise (and Ivern and Graves and Zac and Kha ect. ect.) Exist AND the overwhelming Focus of the current Jungle is Getting to 3 with buffs on and Ganking hard to snowball lanes, ending up too slow or unhealthy to match Zac's lvl 3 Gank timing (and I'm being generous comparing to Zac and not Lee or Graves or Elise Who are top of the class for this particular timing) It's a big giant CON on the Pro Con list for a Champ. Pro: Solid mid game pressure and scaling, Con: Absolutely cannot stop Lee from bullying you off camps/ganks

Riot, If you really want a champ to Jungle... Well their early clear should certainly be better than "Struggles to finish wolves before First mark spawns"
