could you make another server??

would it be possible to make a game mode or another server to completely restart leagues? like all the way back to season 1. have a set time to re release champs and patchnotes. it would bring in so many old fans that has left because of how the game has basically became a new game.... or a legacy client where you could just jump to whatever season you want. maybe that could be a possibility. just a thought from a old fan.....
