League state of game and possible others?

I didn't play the game back in season 3, I started in season 7 but the game to me is just not really enjoyable. With the release of so many champs that have dashes with cc/burst and toss in a shield/hp restore in there on certain ones it just makes the game too annoying while leaving older champs in the dust. I also really miss the old runes where you could customize your champs more unique than today's two-page rune set-up. I am not really suggesting that we need to bring back season 3 (or older seasons) but I think it would be interesting if riot released a playable season 1 at the same time and worked their way back up slowly. Kinda like how WoW now has classic and retail. I know this might NEVER happen but I was interested in what others thought about this, or if they have any better ideas! Besides you can't tell me that playing the rift without things like zoe, aphelios, or even kayn doesn't sound nice ;)

I think the exact same thing that is current happening with classic would happen with the older seasons.

Classic is starting a slight decline because of the nostalgia starting to fall off for some, the balance complaints are starting to make their rounds as people remember what was OP at the time as well as abusing certain game mechanics, and as much as people don’t like playing against some of these new champions, they tend to be rather fun to play as and them not being in would likely push some players away from said model.

Well to be fair....

you can customize those two rune pages how ever you want....and you only get to take 1 into game with you. (you can also buy more for ip....and if you dont like the thought of buying more pages....then season 1 is not for your my friend.

I love people who never played the season who want to bring it back like it was.....yet does not know how it was...

Yes Ranked que that place you in order based on who has the best MMR....and only the first player gets to ban 3 champions. The role system is who ever gets to lock in first....so if your last pick....your fill, not just 1 out of every so often games.....but every game your the lowest mmr player.

Season 1....6 slots of warmogs....so much fun.

Season 1....alright you got a champion......but did you spend the 30k ip needed to buy all the runes to go with the champ? Yeah your Armor yellows will transfer to most pages, but you still have to buy your AD red and AP red, and then dont forget if you want CD blues or a nice mix of the 2.........I shit you not, when they swaped systems and refuned the cost of ip you spent on runes.....i went and baught the 25 champs i was missing, and still had enough to do a name change 3 times and have the next 3 champs worth of new releases worth of ip, just spent on the runes everyone now gets for free.....

While i say the old days where good......lets be honest with ourselfs......they really where shit

Just look up Heimerdinger minion block on youtube and click anyone ......I dont miss that at all!
