I love to play Morgana for me shes a fun support or mid to play as and i never really loved her passive since it really wasent relied upon. But now since Riot is taking out spellvamp my thoughts are what is riot going to do with her passive to make her feel fun or refreshed in some way. Thank you for reading, have a good day.

The first percent of spell vamp is more valuable than the second. All those sources are now more powerful because they wouldn't be dwarfed by spellvamp from items.
Not by much since no one bought the spell vamp items, but they are all slightly better.

Usually spell vamp was only bought on Vlad, Morde, and gunblade users. There were a few rare periods where it was overtuned and EVERYONE bought it.
Morgana never needed additional spellvamp since her passive + waveclear let her sustain herself quite well and her long cooldowns meant she lacked the sustained damage in a duel to ever outheal enemy damage.
