Why do I always buy the wrong runes?

This was the time when you couldn't refund runes. I bought the wrong runes so I created a new account and then bought the wrong runes again. So I just played on that account because I didn't want to restart again and I probably will just buy the wrong runes again, so I keep playing that account.

Now I moved to Thailand and bought the wrong runes in that account. What's going on? I bought the Greater Marks of Ability Power when I meant to buy the Greater Marks of Magic Penetration.
