What are your thoughts on this? Gives kog some health for survivalbility. Gives cool down so you can use his W more often and reduced armor and with hurricane you can shed tanks for your team. Is this an item you would build at any point during the game? Why or why not? What would you get rid of for this item?
You've too many other items which grant you more power through increased attack speed. Black Cleaver's also often build by AD toplaners, which removes your need to get it. Remember that Kog'Maw's W reduces the value of AD but increases the value of Attack Speed.
I think Frozen Mallet or Sterak's Gage is better if you want more HPs.

It's just a matter of Teamcomps, if you need to blow up some engagers fast, I would not recommend this, but if you can trust in your Team you can easily pick up this 'supportive' build.
Toplane kogmaw is actually really potent.
