Will we ever see announcer packs Riot?

I'm sure this has been said a million times but I really hope riot realizes that there is enough of a demand for Announcer Packs to make it happen. In the past I may or may not have used the Dunkey announcer pack and holy hell did it improve the league experience. The absolute ideal way for this to work out would be to somehow allow the importation of custom announcer packs, primarily because I know riot would never permit the level of "foul language" contained in a pack like that. On the flipside Riot is indeed a company and since there is a demand for announcer packs it could become another source of revenue alongside skins and whatnot creating their own official Riot Games packs. If this is all a pipe dream that could never come true I would love to hear why because this all seems very promising to me.
