Patch 8.23 Ruined Visuals in Gameplay for 4K

I loaded in all excited to check out the new patch and preseason and the visuals are all jacked up. I played last night everything looked right smooth and pretty but today everything looks all pixely and the sizes where all wrong please riot fix this asap.

Check your quality settings. A friend had theirs randomly set to low. He had to adjust it to the bottom, then back to high quality to get it back where it should be.

4K is unplayable due to the interface and map becoming microscopic...
