5.1 is live now right? I thought DFG was supposed to get removed? Im getting sick of freelo ap malphite. Also why is Zz'rot Portal disabled?

It gets removed in patch 5.2. They were giving people some forewarning so the item didn't just randomly disappear when people haven't had time to adjust their builds accordingly.
