Unfayr ban

i got 14 days ban because i swearing,i know this bad but 14 days for swearing... i sweared even badder but i didnt get 14 days ban i just get chat box. why??? i played 5 years this game and thats time wasting because u will get ban for simple words,some guys talking about mother or father but they dont get the ban. one time when i played one guys told me "kys" and he didt get ban.when i say some words but not this i get ban.
