New Ranked System

So I duo with a friend where I play Jungle/Top and he plays Jungle/Top/Mid here and there when we play we lane swap for example if I pick wukong top, he picks vi jungle, they pick nasus top we swap since nasus is a lot easier for vi to deal with and wukong can easily jungle same as vi. But now I noticed after the game with the new ranking system which sucks imo but regardless of that it now says if I lane swap often I will no longer be able to use positional matchmaking? Isn't the way you champ select a teamwork part of the game? Is lane swapping or rotating lanes to find easier match-ups all the sudden penalized? I offer to lane swap with my mid laner all the time if he has trouble or is against a hard counter even if it's not a duo that's part of teamwork and how league should be played imo. Any thoughts on this? Any reason why anyone agrees that lane swapping should be prevented aside from those who are just mad they lost lane to a lane swap?
