Could Teemo's blind work like Quinn and Grave's blind?
Quinn got a new blind awhile back that functions like Grave's W. It would be neat if Teemo got one.

well they are skillshots, but I think every blind should work the same regardless, they are all blinds after all... that's like saying Pantheons stun should be different than Xereth's stun cause one is a skill shot and one isn't
