Can this balance team do anything good ?

Yes we nerfed kalista ... they nerf the most uselsse thing, nerf her fucking pasive and champion smite, let her jump only 4th auto attack, is this that hard ? dont let her Fucking E refresh when she kill som1,10 spears and she kills a tank Gg... she face tanks , heal to full hp in teamfights no counter play at al .. Veigar, this guy is broken af,2k damage W , safest laner in lol history, hes E is better then a amumu malphite galio ulti at the same time,hes zoning a insane, hes Stun have a joke cooldown,hes ulti ... a champ that gets free 300+ ap and gets another 80% of enemy ap , so this guy just R's everyone to dead. hes Q is insane, o i need to catch veigar, enjoy cathing a runing + q spaming target . Qss wont help, zonias wont help, if you are stunned you cant zonias so you wil eat the ulti, he wil be always in fow, you cant chek brushes, you cant place wards or you wil 100% die, you cant dive him cant zone him from lane, he wil teleport every 1 min, thx to riot late game champs are early game mosnters right now.
