I don't think it's fair to punish people for dodging in pre-game lobby, especially when it's for good reasons(dodging a troll, or someone who wont accept their role). This just punishes people trying to save themselves and others from 15+ minutes of pain.

If it were removed altogether though, people would dodge everything at the drop of a hat.

20 min is for excessive dodges... you should really only need 1-2 to get the game you want. it's really not absurd at all to put a timer there, otherwise, like I said, people will abuse it. been playing the game for 5 years now and I've been in every elo from bronze to diamond... I've never dodged unless champ select was extremely toxic and even then sometimes I don't.
