Aerodynamic Q's for Sivir?

I'm not really certain on the state of Sivir atm, but what if we gave Sivir's Boomerang Blade (Q) the same treatment Ahri was given on her Orb of Deception (Q)?

In a realistic standpoint it makes sense that after you toss that, what looks like a pretty heavy boomerang, she should be able to sprint just a little faster since there isn't such thing as fatigue after you run around the rift ~50+ miles a day as an average champion. I feel like it would be easier for reposition her Q the same was as Ahri is able to on her Q as well as make escapes without having to rely on a 10-22 sec Spell Shield.

Although I can't seem to find statistics on her pick rate, she seems to be in the mid to low pick for normals and probably could use a slight buff.
