I have a Fantastic idea for everyone to be happy about every patch RIOT PLEASE READ

In almost every patch this season more people have been disappointed then happy about them. Although my idea may extend time in between patches it will make sure the majority of players are happy about them. My idea for patches is for riot to set up a website or even official boards discussion with links to vote for different ways to change champions, turrets, dragon, items or anything that riot is thinking about changing for the next patch. So for example if they wanted to change Caitlyn in some way (PLEASE DON'T) they would have changes they were thinking about like "shorten auto attack range" (AGAIN DON'T CHANGE CAITLYN SHE IS PERFECTLY FINE) "lower q wind up time or lengthen it" etc. A voting system like this would insure the majority of the community is happy with every patch and since everyone would just listen to what the pros and high ranked people want it could only benefit competitive play. Obviously Riot would have to finalize the decision to make sure it isn't biased cause a Reddit thresh or anything like that. If a system like this existed people would have absolutely no right to complain about a patch especially if they didn't vote. Like if some idiot complained about (insert world leader name here) and they didn't vote for anyone else during his election. Thank you for reading this and possibly considering this. I can assure this would only end well Thank you for reading.

Voting is bad because then you nerf champs like Master Yi and Annie because Bronzes and solo queue pubs can't handle them. See Veigar nerfs. The best form of balance is for maximizing diversity at the ranked 5v5 challenger level (which isn't what Riot is doing now either; its what DOTA does and DOTA has literally no troll picks). Anything else means that you will have unviable champs that are purposely kept weak.

There are over 120 league champions out currently. Statistically, (and reasonably) mains of each champion make up less than 5% of the player pool (counting on the small number of Zed /Katarina mains to balance out the disproportionately large number of Yorick and Poppy mains here). This means that chances are, people will vote against buffs to other champions because (besides supp/adc relationships) it makes their life harder. If this happened, then only the most played/most liked champions would get buffs. every Vayne /MissFortune /Quinn /Lucian /Ashe would vote to have cait's range lowered. doesn't matter that it's fair, it makes their life easier/their game better. This is a very dangerous proposal.
