What about people who got her with BE or the Hextech Mystery Champion? How can anyone learn to play her if they aren't given a chance?
Practice tool. Custom Games too. The resources are there for you to test out and learn champions without necessarily hurting other players experiences.
"People avoid learning how to play against new champs by banning them in games upon release." 100% correct. It's draft mode, not ranked. The "risk" you're speaking of means nothing. Also how can anyone know a champion is broken if nobody can play them?
Sure there may be a good portion who does, but likely another good portion do so just because it is frustrating to play with or against new champions because players experiment, learn, and do all sorts of things when testing new champions. Which can and often do lessen the enjoyment of their teammates. Plus it is hard to learn how to play against something which may not even be in the best form. Not always, but often enough. The PBE, game play clips from PBE player accounts. Just is that many players do not have PBE accounts and learn by watching others.
Blind pick is full of trolls and dodges, and good luck getting her in ARAM, ridiculous statement.
ARAM is always an option especially week 2 of release. Blind pick is a near 100% guarantee at playing said champion if you can pick them before the other team members do.
Not really an assumption. Most cannot learn the ins and outs of a champion, especially newly released, in just 2-3 games. It usually takes a while to get comfortable, and with it being preseason chaos as well, likely players just do not want to deal with the hassle of a teammate learning a new champion. Sure quite a few experienced players can get a feel for them if some of their mechanics are similar to other champions or they are too straight forward to really mess up (like with Garen for example).
Again, what about those who didn't spend real money? And it's their money to do what they want with. So tired of seeing salty people whine about other people having money.
What about them? The basis of your argument is that you opted to pay to play a ftp game and could not play how you wanted. This game does not revolve around who pays to play. Never has there been a pay to win feature where paying real money gave you special privileges and such. Paying real money for champions just shortens the time you have to grind for in game currency. It in no way entitles you to be able to play them whenever you wish. It is your money, so do with it what you want. But I am tired of seeing salty people whine about other people not having or not wanting to spend real money on a FTP game thinking they can have special benefits because they have excess money and spend it.
What you are describing is more or less like saying that since you decided to tip the cashier at Walmart, you should be able to cut to the front of the checkout line whenever you want to for the next few days. It does not work like that and neither does LoL.
