Riot Games really needs to fix the situation top lane. It's either you play a tank and do practically nothing early game, play a fighter and face a tank and can't fight them after one item, or play a fighter and go against a ranged top like Teemo or Hiemer who then push and shove from a distance and do nothing but hide under tower. When did we lose the top lane where fighters like Irelia, Jax, Riven, and Renekton were still viable even against tanks and ranged mages.

redniwediS1 votesIn all honesty I don't even run into Juggernauts anymore. It's just Divers and Skirmishers wanting to take advantage of the current mixing up of top lane, or that work really well with Conqueror and don't really care about using that keystone into a tank.
I never enjoy when high damage early game champions go top lane with ignite. Some people do, but I would much rather go against a Maokai or Sion and show them why their lane phase is only good at abusing people who say "tanks op I lost lane".

Quiet Dude1 votesI honestly can't do much with a ranged opponent in top, especially if they took conqueror. The worst thing to play against is an Urgot with conqueror. I have to trust my jungler to save me. Which I try to do for my top lane, if I'm jungle. But with 2 other lanes to consider, I have to make Sophie's choice.
Feed bot and mid and leave top to survive, or feed top and mid and hope the chuckle buddies in bot don't do anything dumb.
