Why I think starting players are discouraged to play more.

When you start league, you start out with nothing. You have to level up to get runes and mastery slots. The beginning tutorial teaches you the basic knowledge, but not mechanics that you can use to improve. I think that players should start off with a basic set of tier 1-2 rune s and have max mastery slots. For starting players It seems that it's only the matter of runes and masteries. There should be more in-depth tutorials teaching players on mechanics. Riot could probably partner with League youtubers to make these tutorials. This way more league youtubers could be featured and better their channels. This is just a suggestion, no hate please.
