The real reason no1 can climb in low elo and its based on luck

Its no wonder why no1 good or or just okay can climb in low elo ranked. Half the players aren't league of legends players they are 1 tricks so whatever champ they 1 trick they are a player of that not league 9 times out of 10 when I check match history of the people or things inting in my ranked games they weren't playing their 1 tricks ! If they don't get their 1 trick they are disgusting beginner bot things inting everywhere riot should make people leanr and master atleast 3 champs before u can even touch ranked
