need some years to start game

hi guys I just want to play the game, i waited 5min when i queue; and Enter the selection screen， but there is already enough people forgetting to ban or forgetting lock in champion that we have to go requeue X times just to get into one match so , this new champion select system need some years to start game ;

im sorry for my English is so bad ;
