Ranked System Broken

I finished playing provisional's and I won 7 out of 10 matches. Last season I was placed in Silver lV but got demoted to bronze ll. Mostly because I didn't played for months. I was shocked to see that after winning 7 games of provisional matches I got placed in Bronze V with 0 LP. This makes absolute no sense. I'm thinking this might be because of a BUG or some glitch in the game. How is it possible that after being Bronze ll last season and winning 7 games of my provisional's riot decides to place me in bronze V with 0 LP? My loking score was of 1050 before s5 update came. The matches went like this: 1st Game ( WIN ): 15 Kills, 1 Deaths, 15 Assists

2nd Game ( WIN ): 7 Kills, 6 Deaths, 6 Assists

3rd Game ( LOSS ): 5 Kills, 9 Deaths, 5 Assists

4th Game ( WIN ): 10 Kills, 9 Deaths, 25 Assists

5th Game ( LOSS ): 3 Kills, 8 Deaths, 5 Assists

6th Game ( LOSS ): 9 Kills, 11 Deaths, 7 Assists

7th Game ( WIN ): 10 Kills, 7 Deaths, 18 Assists

8th Game ( WIN ): 6 Kills, 3 Deaths, 8 Assists

9th Game ( WIN ): 7 Kills, 10 Deaths, 16 Assists

10th Game ( WIN ): 3 Kills, 3 Deaths, 9 Assists
