Is anybody else annoyed with Queue dodge timer?

I think it is completely unfair that I start a game and some troll says he doesn't want to play his roll or he tells us he will intentionally feed and I have no choice but to play with this person. There is no remake for being a troll and there really should be since it doesn't matter if you played a game in between leaving queue it still puts on this ridiculous 30 minute timer on two leaves! I leave a troll, then i play a 50 minute game, then i leave another troll and I have to wait half an hour to play again..... My time is valuable and this is completely unfair. I shouldn't be forced to play a game that is guaranteed to be ff at 20...

I think that there needs to be a way to remake a game for reasons other than a disconnect and the consequence for leaving a game should reset after playing a game, I shouldn't have a 5 minute delay on one leave then PLAY A GAME and get it counted against me for 30 MINUTES when I already played a game!

I find this argument to be very short sighted.

Lets say that the dodge timer was negligible or non-existent.

What do you think the person who got assigned a role that they don't want to play is going to do .... ?

You think they might dodge?

You think the community might start complaining a little more about how often people dodge?

The thing is, it is much easier for Riot to implement a system that automatically punishes players who intentionally dodge, than it is for them to implement a system that detects people who are likely to troll.

The problem for the community is when someone dodges, they are delaying a game from starting, whereas a troll ruins the game in progress and can only really be detected via consistent post match reporting.
