Trundle QoL suggestion

Trundle is a champ I play quite frequently because he has an amazing kit. That said, I have a simple suggestion for his ult: Add a noticeable animation/debuff to it. For teammates it lets you know that hey "maybe this guy isn't stupid for hitting that Malphite, we should hit him too since half his armor/health are being drained"; for the victim it says "oh crap I have trundle ult on me, maybe I should flash or something". I feel like the reason he's so successful in organized play is because you have people on comms that can say "I ulted Rammus, mess him up!".
