I did it TWICE in one game!!

How has this not been a talking point? How have I missed this?! Does.... Does anybody else know yet!?

You must be new to the game. Yi can't be slowed while in Highlander mode but can be stunned, rooted and knocked up into the air.

I think OP refers to the case where Viktor W stacks used to be applied with the slow. Since Yi can't be slowed in Highlander, he'd also be immune to the Gravity Field stacks. These would not add up and therefore not stun Yi as long as Highlander was active.

Not sure if this was a bug or if it was intended, but OP rejoices that its different now.

It was considered 'working as intended'. I never, in a thousand years, expected Yi to be stunnable once he ulted. Thank you for clearing up my giddy fangirl babble for the sake of the others. :P

Yi was IMMUNE to VIktor's stun before the rework. TOTALLY immune. This is the single greatest thing in the history of Viktor.

I still remember all the threads asking Riot to make the change. It's good that they addressed Yi's immunity to grav field.

They intentionally changed this when they gave Viktor his mini-rework. Even if you are immune to slows, you now gain stacks from Gravity Field.

Yi's ult just stated that he is only immune to slows, but still vulnerable to other disables, such as a stun. Your enemy Yi must have been stupid enough to stay within your Gravity Field too long to receive that 1.5 second stun, whilst ignoring the slowing field.

Yi is nowhere near broken, unless you let him get fed hes completely useless. Id say hes one of the better assassins in lol currently

The first time I saw this wasn't long after Viktor's small rework. I was a bit confused, then later watched the enemy Yi actually get stacks while in my Gravity Field. The feeling was glorious. The Yi started raging in [All] chat at me, and called Viktor OP. This did nothing but make me feel even better. I don't know if Riot actually did this on purpose, but it is greatly appreciated.
