New feature to prevent inting ??
Upon reviewing numerous cases of inting and trolling since the first minutes of a game, I came to the conclusion that what triggers most of them into their inting frenzy is having their intent pick banned from their own team during champion selection. @Riot : Could you try and implement an intent pick lock system preventing your teammates from banning your locked intent pick, and see how it affects matches ? I'm aware people could still abuse this in a trolly way by for example intent picking a hard counter to another teammate's own intent pick to prevent him from banning it. However, I strongly believe the impact of this would still be far less negative than the intentional ban of a one trick pony's main champi by a n already tilted player. Another alternative to this 'antiban' system would be to give a once a day free dodge from champion selection in the case of a teammate banning your locked intent pick.
I'd love to have some Riot thoughts on this :)
Edit: to the replies stating something around the lines of "what if we'd rather ban his champ than risk enemy players get it?" => lets introduce pick position swaps during the intent pick phase! :D Just like champion swaps, but this time you get to swap the order in which you will pick. I'm confident this won't affect time spent pre game as well since people will d end up generally more satisfied (no more fails at securing such champion becuase 1st pick doesnt have it) and hence dodge less often.
