I'm currently on a... 13 game win streak?? I've gone up about 30 places on the division ladder and i was just wondering if there was a slight chance i'd go straight to gold 4-3 if i was to win my last 2 promos to gold Or if id have to play through gold 5 to skip or if i can skip at all actually
Mysticman891 votesMy understanding is you need a full tier's worth of mmr above where your rank is to skip, so you're probably not quite that far up. 13 game win streaks do great things for your mmr (and you may well be gold 4-5 ish mmr), but I expect you'll still have to climb 1 division at a time.
That said, having a high mmr means you do get increased LP gains (and decreased losses), so it's conceivable that gold 5->gold 4 would only take 6 games (~25 LP per game I'd say, so 4 to promos, then 2 to win promos).
