New champions on ranked

Yo, new patch (7.20) released like 1hour ago. Every patch where champion is reworked or added to the game, hteres 1 tiny problem. new champion played 4 the first time on ranked game. Cant You Riot make like hmmm New champs/reworkeds available for Normal games for like 1st week or 2? i know on higherelo good players can play new champ and be good. but HIGH elo is high elo, 90% of players arent high elo, and it happens everywhere bronze, silver, gold, plat id like u to change this srsly, every new release its nightmare to play with toxicity on chat while banning champions

BTW. there should be option to report some1 in lobby. sometimes ppl are toxic and deserve to get punished, but some1 always leaves lobby to dodge things like playing with toxic lobby ppl
