Without autofill you have not extra 10 minutes but extra 10 hours waiting time. There are way more top/mid/adc player than jungle/support.

If there are 2 teams who need a supp but just one supp, one team need to wait a whole game long untill he is free again.

If there are 3 teams who need a supp then you need to wait for 2 games.
