Couple of Camera Ideas.

I have been practicing playing with an unlocked camera recently, and found a few things worth mentioning. When playing with a locked camera, holding the spacebar could UNLOCK it, the opposite of the current unlocked camera setting. When playing with a semi locked camera, the spacebar should still center the camera. Both of these could change the way a lot of people play, who see the advantages of locking camera with certain champions. Ahem. Thoughts?
