because its the league of tears and every one comes on here to sit around and circle jerk and cry about what they dont know how to beat in the game instead of trying to get better. cuz its ritos fault not theirs
That old vid is probably not the best thing to use in your argument seeing as how a lot of things have changed.
It still applies today. I see full tank
soloing everyone. Like I dont see what tanks have to complain about.

If maokai full tank is soloing everyone on your team then something is seriously wrong with your team.
top lane
with a kda of 18-8-19 and 75.2k damage to champs

top lane

What was his build? I need more than just those numbers alone.
edit: and obviously there will be edge cases like this where X champ will seem OP. So unless this is consistent performance at all elos then he's not OP.
Why does it matter? His point is made. The "tank" is doing by far the most damage in the game. So why are people crying that ranged is OP?

runes flat magic pen reds, flat armor seals ap quints ap per lvl blues
Obviously 5 people can kill him. But try using "OP"
or
or whatever people think is OP vs him and watch them get blown up before doing 10% of his hp.
And now everyone wants huge buffs to all melee's
because most ranged champions are in an insanely strong spot because of keystones, and just about every single offensive mastery benefits ranged champions more than melee champions.
There is nothing that benefits ranged "more" than melee. All the numbers are exactly the same. In fact, there are ones that benefit melee more. So try again.
The point is, ranged champions have infinitely easier time using their keystones in lane vs melee champions, be it TLD, Fob, DFT, WB or even grasp. I.e. if you are ranged, you will basically proc TLD every cooldown, and you are fine with that. Melee champion in raged matchup is in much worse situation, because they need to all-in to use it, and than they either wait for its CD, allowing their enemy to regen lots of health, or all-in again without it.
Mastery system is already being changed to less oppressive on PBE tho.
Grasp of the Undying's heal is halved for ranged champions. That's an invalid point.
Ranged champion can easily proc grasp of the undying more than twice as often as melee champion. Ranged playing against melee can proc it more or less on every cooldown since lvl 1, while melee will at best proc it every time their gapcloser comes off cooldown - which is, at least in early game, likely to be more than 2 times longer.
The keystone is still fitted to be equally good for both classes
A ranged champion benefits more from a Damage Boost than a melee champion does in a 1v1 situation, simply because it is easier for them to attack the Melee champ than it is for the Melee champ to attack the Ranged champion. So generally, a Ranged champion benefits more from most masteries that don't have individual stats.
I don't know what these other people are complaining about, but personally, and others like me, are a little worried about Top lane with the new masteries. They seem to benefit Ranged champions over Melee champions, purely because the reason I gave. There isn't a great starting item for Melee's against Ranged, and now these new Masteries will sort of widen the gap between the two.
However these worries are specifically for Top lane, where Ranged champions are incredibly hard to deal with.
