Ranked

My first time getting ranked results in me getting bronze 5. I won 7/10 of my placements, and went positive in all of them. In one I even got S+. In the last 4 of my placements, I won them all in a row, and ended up playing against bronze 1's and silvers. Why then, do i get placed in bronze 5, can anyone explain?
