Match Making.... PLEASE.

So. I'm a silver 1 player, trying to climb into gold. I play some normal games to warm up before diving into ranked, and don't get me wrong I like to have a challenge from people at my skill level or even a little bit higher. BUT WHEN I'M SILVER 1 and I'm getting paired against an enemy team that is two mid plat players and TWO DIAMOND PLAYERS. I get a little frustrated. I understand that maybe there isn't a whole lot of people on at the time and other things affect this, but I consistently get players that are ranked significantly higher than me in my games and when I'm trying to climb it just starts to feel unfair. I can take a learning experience here and there and I do try to take something from each game and improve on it, like I said, I don't mind playing against SLIGHTLY higher elo players, but the skill gap that I am experiencing lately is just outright frustrating. I don't expect to do much other than get stomped playing against a diamond player. PLEASE HELP THIS STOP.
