guys how can i change that chet doesnt activate on enter?

I am playing on numepad and my ignite is on numenter and every time I press it chat activates and the results is my death its the most comftrble position for my arm I was looking in options and I couldn't find any options to bind it on other keys pls help me

As far as i know, you have to edit the Gamefiles means the Config, I dont know exactly where it is located. EDIT: Maybe this Links helps you http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Hotkeys_and_commands#File_Location_for_Keybindings
