RIOT has it out for me?

I seriously think I pissed of a RIOT admin or something and they are screwing with me. The last like 10 games I get a team of players that are brand new to league verse, I kid you not, level 40+ PLat 2, Diamond 1 players. Over and over again, I have to face a team of smurfs verse my team of brand new players.

If it is a normals who cares. You won't get better unless you play against people better then you

My team literally says " sorry im trying im new to league" and they're all my level ( mid level 20's ) and then I lolking the opposite team and they are gold or higher... How is this matchmaking fair?
